Daily Maintenance Of Mucking Rock Loader

1. Check whether the oil pipes of the mucking rock loader hydraulic hose assembly are bent, twisted or leaked, and replace them if necessary.

2. Check whether the mucking rock loader cable is damaged or not, whether the connector is loose or not, whether the magnetic starter and other connecting wires are burnt and loose, and replace and repair in time.

3. Clean the adhesive slag material of the whole machine, especially the dust on the radiator, roller, scraper and chassis cover.

4. check the mucking rock loader joints, shafts, bearings and other lubrication parts, each time a regular filling of lubricants and calcium-based grease.

5. Check whether the connecting parts and fasteners of the mucking rock loader are loose or missing, and add the fastening in time.

6. Check the oil level of the mucking rock loader hydraulic tank. If the oil tank is less than 4/5 of the tank, add the specified hydraulic oil. Check the oil pump, cylinder, multi-way control valve, oil pipe and other joints for oil leakage.
