Second, mucking rock loader operating procedures
1. Close the air switch
2. Press the start button, press the start button 2 when the motor is running normally, and work after 2 to 3 minutes of no-load operation.
3. Operate the handle of the lifting tank, lower the head of the transport tank to the ground, and lift the tail to let the transport equipment enter the unloading position.
4. Operate the pilot valve to advance the loader while leveling the ground.
5. Operate the scraper transport handle and let the scraper chain idling for 1-2 minutes.
6. According to the instructions of the console, the mucking rock loader, the boom, the arm and the bucket are combined to perform the slag loading. When loading the rock, it is necessary to pay attention to the machine to move forward, which can speed up the loading.
