The mini mucking loader often punctures when working on relatively harsh construction sites (such as rock faces). Because the front wheels bear the functions of load, steering, and driving, and first contact with foreign objects on the ground, flat tires are more likely to occur. The weight of the mini mucking loader tire is large, and due to the restrictions of the venue and tools, it takes time and effort to replace the tire on site.
(1) Start the machine, find a flat and open site nearby, press down the boom lift lever, use the boom support to lift the front wheel off the ground, and then use the bracket to support the side of the front axle close to the flat tire, and wedge the rear wheel it is good.
(2) Using tools such as a crowbar, remove the retaining ring and lock ring and then check whether the tire pad is stuck to the outer surface of the rim. In case of occurrence, the support can be removed by mini mucking loader, so that the machine can reciprocate slowly in a short distance until the pad is separated from the outer surface of the rim; steering and high-speed driving are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the inner tube. Then, the front wheels are supported again.
(3) Mark the relative positions of the inner and outer tires in order to find, remove foreign objects and repair the tires.
(4) Use tools such as a crowbar to remove the tire from the rim. Note that the movement should be soft and coordinated to avoid being hit by the tires, and the valve should be protected.
(5) After the outer tire is punctured by nails and other elongated foreign bodies, if there is no obvious wound on the surface or the wound is small, the outer tire can continue to be used (because the mini mucking loader tire is a low-pressure tire and the running speed is relatively slow); if the wound is relatively If it is large, it must be repaired.
(6) If it is a new inner tube, the bolt at the bottom of the valve must be tightened to prevent air leakage; then remove the foreign objects in the inner cavity of the outer tube, and sprinkle with appropriate talcum powder, and apply evenly.
(7) Install the tire on the rim, install the lock ring and retaining ring; protect the valve during the installation process.
(8) Inflate the tires with a vehicle-mounted air compressor.
(9) Depress the boom lift lever and take out the bracket; so far the tire change is completed, and the whole process takes about 50 minutes.
