5. The blockage of the check valve and the vent valve causes the oil leakage of the muck loader. Under this condition, the temperature in the fuel tank will increase so that the oil and gas will fill the entire space and cannot be discharged, and the pressure in the fuel tank will increase accordingly. Increase lubricating oil consumption and shorten the replacement cycle. If the ventilation system is blocked, it will increase the movement resistance of the piston and increase fuel consumption. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank, it will cause oil leakage at the thin seal.
Preventive measures for mine slag loaders:
1. Choose the muck loader accessories from qualified suppliers.
2. Pay attention to the role of gaskets, choose good materials, and manufacture standard gaskets, so that such gaskets can truly be sealed and leak-proof.
3. When we are running the muck loader, we must properly solve the sealing of various oil pipe joints. Due to the frequent disassembly and assembly of the connecting piece nut, it is easy to slip and loosen due to the slippage. The accuracy of the two joint bell mouths is poor, and the two tapered surfaces
The lines do not overlap and the contact is poor, and the taper is different and inconsistent, which will cause oil leakage. Replace the connecting pipe nut, use the grinding method to solve the conical surface seal, make the nut compact to solve the seal.
4. Every operator checks the machine regularly and replaces the oil seals, pistons and cylinders in time.
5. The operator needs to regularly inspect, dredge and clean the equipment.
