Daily maintenance (once every day or every shift)
1.Remove the dirt and oil on the surface of the crawler backhoe loader parts, and the crawler parts should be washed in time.
2.Check whether the fasteners of the fuselage are loose, and tighten the loose parts.
3.Check if the hydraulic oil is sufficient and if there is any leakage, find out the cause and add it in time.
Danger: When checking the leakage of the hydraulic pipeline, wait until the working device is lowered to the ground, the motor is turned off, and the pressure in the system is released before repairing the hydraulic pipeline.
4.Check the electrical control box and electrical wiring for abnormalities and damage.
5.Check whether the rotating device is flexible.
6.Check whether the hydraulic oil cylinders can expand and contract freely, whether the oil cylinders are scratched, and whether there is any leakage in the oil pipes and joints. If so, the cause should be investigated in time and eliminated.
7.Check whether each pin shaft is flexible, and add lubricating oil to each oil cup and pin shaft.
8.At the end of the day's work, necessary inspection, cleaning, and maintenance should be carried out on the entire crawler section.
Warning: Do not start the crawler backhoe loader when large stones, wood blocks, iron wires, etc. are inserted in the center of the crawler part. If it is forced to start, these large debris may cause serious damage to the machine. If the machine is frozen, heat the track shoe or the ground it touches so that it can move freely. In cold season, please do not park the machine outdoors to avoid freezing.
Primary maintenance (once a week)
1.Complete all the contents of daily maintenance.
2.Check and adjust the tightness of the scraper chain.
3.Check the split pin, elastic retaining ring, oil cup, and elastic pin of each pin.
4.In addition to the crawler shoe that needs to be replaced due to wear and tear, the crawler part does not require maintenance. The internal sealing elements of the supporting wheel, sprocket, supporting wheel and guide wheel are durable, which greatly extends the service life of the crawler part.
Nevertheless, due to the wear of the crawler, the tension of the crawler should be checked as necessary. If it is too loose, connect a special joint to the grease gun and pour grease into the tensioning cylinder until the chain rail tension is normal. If you need to loosen the track, you should carefully loosen the grease nipple counterclockwise to allow the tensioning cylinder to release the grease.
Danger: When adjusting the tension of the track, it is forbidden to bring the head close to the inspection port. Because under high pressure, the grease sprayed out may cause you to be injured.
5.Check the fastening bolts of the track shoes. Check it once a week and tighten it if it is loose.
6.Check the connecting bolts of the traveling motor and the lower frame, and the traveling motor and the driving wheel to ensure that they are not loose.
Secondary maintenance (once a month)
1.Complete all contents of the first level maintenance.
2.The new machine must replace the hydraulic oil for the first time and clean the hydraulic oil tank thoroughly. When replacing hydraulic oil, check the degree of contamination of the hydraulic oil to determine whether to replace the filter. At the same time, it is necessary to clean the oil return, oil suction filter element and radiator.
Danger: It is strictly forbidden to directly touch high-temperature hydraulic oil and connected parts.
3.Check the cylinder and replace worn seals.
4.Check the contact conditions of each contactor and insurance in the electric control box.Three-level maintenance (once a year)
1.Complete all the contents of the first and second maintenance.
2.Clean and lubricate all drive shafts.
3.Disassemble, inspect and clean the hydraulic pump.
4.Clean hydraulic components such as multi-way reversing valves, oil tanks, and oil pipes.
5.Disassemble and inspect the rotating parts of the working part, and replace the pin and bush in time.
6.Clean the electric control box, check the insulation of the circuit, and replace the damaged original device.
