1. Turn on the main power switch of the mini mucking loader.
2. After the button indicator light is on, start the mini mucking loader oil pump and fan. If you use it or reconnect it, you should judge whether the phase sequence is correct. If the phase sequence is incorrect, the machine will not start.
3. Use it under pressure after 10 seconds of startup. Stop the mini mucking loader for more than 4 hours and allow the pump to run dry for 5 to 10 minutes to work under pressure.
4. Open the left and right push plates and lower the transport slot blade to the ground.
5. Operate the mini mucking loader to push forward, gather the stones, and push the ground flat at the same time.
6. After confirming that the reloaded vehicle enters the unloading part of the mini mucking loader, turn the handle to the forward direction of the conveyance. If you feel that the feeding speed cannot keep up, you can put the acceleration confluence handle in place.
7. Operate the pilot valve in order to raise the boom, extend the forearm, place the bucket to a position approximately in line with the forearm, and then lower the forearm and retract the forearm (while moving the boom up and down slightly) , You can chop the stone into the transport trough. Rotating the swing arm can pick up in a large range. Depending on the distance of the stone, the bucket can be retracted appropriately to facilitate picking.
8. During the picking process of the mini mucking loader, pay attention to whether the scraper chain is being transported normally. If it is stuck, stop the transport in time, otherwise the oil temperature will rise rapidly and it will not work. The way to release the stuck chain is to move the conveying rotation control lever to the middle position, and quickly move the conveying control lever back and forth, so that the scraper chain can quickly and positively impact, and the stuck chain can be released. When there are stones in the transport trough, do not stop the conveying control lever at the position where the conveying is reversed. Otherwise, the chain or scraper may be broken, which seriously affects the production.
