1. Check the mini mucking loader instruments at any time, if any abnormality appears, it should be stopped in time to eliminate it. Before the cause is found and the fault is not eliminated, the mini mucking loader operation should be ended.
2. Regularly check the level and quality of mini mucking loader lubricants, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to check the tightness of mini mucking loader. During the inspection, the lack of oil and water should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended that the lubrication point should be filled with grease during each run-in period.
3. Keep the mini mucking loader clean, adjust and fasten loose parts in time to prevent the abrasion of parts caused by looseness or loss of parts.
4. After the break-in period, the mini mucking loader should be maintained for inspection and adjustment, and pay attention to the replacement of the oil filter.
