Classification And Introduction Of Mucking Loader
1. Telescopic mucking loader.
This mucking machine consists of a telescopic arm, a tilting mechanism, a slewing mechanism and a base. The front end of the telescopic arm of the mucking machine is connected to the slag scraping plate and supported on a fixed roller, and the sprocket chain is driven by a hydraulic motor or an air motor to make a reciprocating slag scraping movement. The tilting mechanism of the mucking rock loader is driven by a hydraulic cylinder or a cylinder, so that the telescopic arm can tilt up and down ≤15 degrees around the hinge fulcrum.
The above two mechanisms are installed on the rotary mechanism. The rotation angle of the rotating part is generally ≤180 degrees, and most of them are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
