Pay attention to lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant. Brake fluid and fuel oil level and quality, and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine. During the inspection, it is found that there is too little oil and water, and the reason should be analyzed. At the same time, it is suggested that during the running-in period, every shift should add lubricating grease to the smooth points, of course, if there are special requirements, it can be excluded.
Regularly clean the tunnel mucking loader, and adjust and fasten loose parts in time to prevent the loose parts from aggravating the wear of parts or causing the parts to be lost. After the running-in period is completed, the small slag scraper should be forcedly protected, and the inspection and adjustment operations should be done well. At the same time, pay attention to the replacement of oil.
If the damaged bucket teeth are not replaced in time, the operating efficiency of the tunnel mucking machine will decrease, and the fuel consumption will also increase, and the efficiency of mucking machine will also be affected.
