1.Mucking loader motor starts directly

When the mucking loader was started, the body temperature was low, the oil viscosity was large, and the fluidity was poor. The oil could not flow smoothly to the lubrication points in a short time. In particular, the position of the electric drum, if the motor is directly operated at the time of starting, the motor speed will increase instantaneously, the oil supply and pressure of the whole machine will suddenly increase, and the gear oil pump can not meet the requirements of the hydraulic pressure of each hydraulic component. The structural parts cannot establish a good lubricating oil film, resulting in instantaneous dry friction, resulting in severe wear.

2.Mucking loader works directly without warming up after startup

Due to the low temperature of the mucking loader and the large viscosity of the oil, the oil supply of the oil pump is insufficient, resulting in poor lubrication and wear in a short period of time. At high loads, accidents such as pulling cylinders and holding tiles may occur. In the winter, the hydraulic hose is brittle and the work is easy to split, which will cause a large amount of hydraulic oil to leak out. Therefore, after the mucking loader is started, it should be warmed up at an idle speed, and the various mechanisms should be tested. Only when the oil temperature and oil pressure reach normal can the operation be performed.
