3: Stop immediately after overloading or after work
The Mucking Loader shuts down immediately after the operation, and the hydraulic radiator stops working, and the heat dissipation capability drops sharply. The large amount of heat generated by the work can not be dissipated in the vicinity of the oil cylinder, the oil pump and the oil pipe, so that the cooling water of the heated parts such as the cylinder head, the cylinder liner and the cylinder body boils, the parts are overheated and the high temperature is ablated. At the same time, the oil attached to the surface is deteriorated, which makes the next startup difficult. Therefore, the Mucking Loader should be unloaded before stopping work, and run for 2 to 10 minutes without load, so that the machine temperature can be reduced to below 50 °C before shutting down.
4: Mucking Loader forcibly enters the shovel during the forward process
During the Mucking Loader operation, many drivers used to rush to the pile with the inertia of the machine running at high speed. After the natural deceleration, the bucket was then used to shovel the material. Using the inertia of the driving force to hit the pile will cause the whole machine to be severely impacted, and the Mucking Loader parts will be unevenly stressed, which is extremely harmful to the entire Mucking Loader. This will cause deformation of the bucket, boom, front axle, etc., and cracks; the transmission and the clutch are suddenly stressed, the torque is increased, and the axle half shaft is easily broken. The correct operation is that the Mucking Loader stops in front of the pile before the shovel is loaded, and then stops after the machine is stopped.
