3. Regularly check whether the oil pipes are bent, twisted or even damaged. If they are found, they should be replaced immediately to prevent the pipeline from flowing smoothly and the machine can not work normally. Check whether the seals of each hydraulic component are damaged or not, which affects the sealing effect. If found, it should be replaced in time.
4. When the crawler mucking loader is working, it is not allowed to force the block that exceeds the conveying capacity of the machine to the conveyor belt to avoid mechanical overload failure; prohibit the electrical equipment from hitting the water during operation to prevent leakage; The hard objects in the section should be removed in time to prevent damage to the track.
5. After the machine is used for half a year, check the roller, guide wheel, sprocket, chain rail and track plate. If the wear is serious, the impact should be replaced in time; the slag machine tooth can not be used again after wear. Replace to avoid damage to the tooth holder.
6. After the slag slag machine is finished, the machine should be cleaned, waste oil should be injected into the track and scraper chain to prevent oxidation, and the service life of the track and scraper chain can be extended.
