1. Before use, select a matching four-core flexible cable 50-70 meters, one end is connected to the loader control box (or explosion-proof magnetic starter) at the designated position, and the other end is connected to the three-phase AC power supply with leakage protection and grounding resistance Grounding net less than 2Ω.
2. Check the electrical: Whether the leakage circuit breaker is sensitive and reliable, whether the voltage is normal, whether the cable is intact, whether the terminal is loose or falling off, if there is any abnormality, it is prohibited to work and must be repaired immediately.
3. Check the control system: each control handle should be in the neutral position, and the control should be flexible and free from jamming.
4. Check the hydraulic system: the connections between the components of the hydraulic system and its connecting pipelines should be tight, and there should be no obvious leakage. The hydraulic pipelines should meet the requirements (the oil volume is greater than 4/5 of the total volume of the tank). The hydraulic oil must be kept clean, and it is not allowed to be filled in unclean containers, and must be added from the hydraulic air filter for refueling. Insufficient oil level is replenished in time.
5. Check the conveying system: the conveying belt should be intact, without deviation, and with proper tension; the idler can rotate flexibly, and there should be no abnormal sound.
