1. The quality and material of the accessories used in the slag raking machine are not good, the production process is problematic or the structure design is unreasonable.
2. The gaskets of the static parts of the slag raking machine are damaged, position shifted, and installation problems may also cause oil leakage.
3. The uneven force during installation and replacement of the relevant fastening nut caused the nut to slip or loosen and fall prematurely, but was not found in time, causing the connecting pipe to lose the support of the fastening nut and leak oil.
4. The service life of the sealing parts on the slag raking machine is too long, and those parts that have been severely worn, aging, and deformed are not replaced in time, and the sealing performance is lost.
5. One-way valve and vent valve are blocked to cause oil leakage of slag raking machine. Because in this case, the temperature in the tank will increase so that the oil and gas will fill the entire space and cannot be discharged out of the canal. The pressure in the tank will increase accordingly, which will increase the consumption of lubricant and shorten the replacement cycle. If the engine ventilation system is blocked, the movement resistance of the piston will increase and fuel consumption will increase. Due to the difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the case, it often causes oil leakage at the weak seal.
