1. Train the operating driver in advance. Before getting on the machine, the driver must read the slag scraper manual, understand the structure, performance and working principle of the slag scraper, be familiar with the operation methods and maintenance techniques of the equipment, and be familiar with the buttons on the operating parts. The function and position of the device, and the schematic diagram of the position of the joystick can be used after passing the examination.
2. Check the oil level. If the oil level is normal, it should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil standard. If the amount of oil is insufficient, refuel it in time. Hydraulic oil and containers must be kept clean.
3. Check whether the pins, electrical components, fasteners, hydraulic components, wires and cables, and hydraulic pipelines are normal. If there are any abnormalities, repair them in time.
4. Confirm that the operating handles are placed in the middle position.
