In particular, be careful not to cause the bucket to directly hit the transport slot, otherwise the tank will be seriously deformed.

8.During the mini mucking loader, always pay attention to whether the scraper chain is in normal transport. If it is stuck, stop the transport in time. Otherwise, the oil temperature will rise rapidly due to overload, and it will not continue working. The method of releasing the card chain is: pulling the conveying forward rotation lever to the middle position, and pulling the conveying joystick back and forth to make the scraper chain quickly and positively impact, and then the card chain can be released. When there is stone in the transport tank, the transport lever should not be stopped at the position where the transport is reversed. Otherwise, the chain or scraper may be broken, which seriously affects the production.

9.When the mucking rock loader needs to stop braking during walking, put the pedal pilot valve in the neutral position. If you stop for a long time, you need to press the head plate to the ground.

10.The mucking rock loader should start the electric bell as a warning signal when walking or reversing.
