Matters Needing Attention When Working With Mucking Rock Loader

(1) During the picking process of the mucking rock loader, always pay attention to whether the scraper chain is being transported normally. If the chain is stuck, stop the transport in time. Otherwise, due to overload, the oil temperature will rise rapidly and you cannot continue to work. The way to release the chain is to pull the conveying forward control lever to the neutral position, and move the conveying control lever back and forth to make the scraper chain quickly impact forward and backward to release the chain. When there is stone in the transport trough, the transport lever must not be stopped at the position where the transport is reversed. Otherwise, the chain or scraper may break, seriously affecting production.

(2) When it is necessary to stop the brake during the walking of the mocking rock loader, put the foot pilot valve in the neutral position. If you stop for a long time, you need to press the head plate against the ground.

(3) When walking or reversing, the mucking rock loader should start the electric bell as a warning signal.
