The traveling part of the slag scraper is composed of supporting wheels, supporting wheels, driving wheels and rail chain links. When running for a certain period of time, these parts will experience a certain degree of wear.

However, if daily maintenance is planned, only a little time for proper maintenance can be avoided in the future "major operation on the legs of the scraper." It saves you considerable maintenance funds and can also avoid delays caused by maintenance.

1. If you walk on a sloping ground repeatedly for a long time and turn suddenly, the side of the rail link will contact the side of the driving wheel and the guide wheel, thereby increasing the degree of wear. Therefore, walking on sloping terrain and sudden turning should be avoided as much as possible. Straight travel and big turns can effectively prevent wear.

2. If you continue to use it in a state where part of the supporting sprocket and supporting wheels are unable to operate, it may cause the rollers to wear off, and at the same time may cause the wear of the rail chain links. If a roller that does not work is found, it must be repaired immediately! In this way, other failures can be avoided.

3. Supporting rollers, sprocket wheel mounting bolts, track plate bolts, driving wheel mounting bolts, walking piping bolts, etc., are easy to loosen due to vibration after the machine works for a long time.

For example: If you continue to run the machine with the track shoe bolts loose, it will even cause a gap between the track shoe and the bolt, which will lead to cracks in the track shoe.

Moreover, the generation of the gap may also increase the bolt holes between the crawler belt and the rail link, resulting in serious consequences that the crawler belt and the rail link must be replaced because they cannot be tightened. Therefore, bolts and nuts should be checked and tightened regularly to reduce unnecessary maintenance costs.
