The parts of a mucking machine can be used continuously as long as they are not damaged, resulting in a dead corner in maintenance and repair of the mining mucking machine. However, once a problem occurs, the problem cannot be found and cannot be solved. So how can we eliminate the 'dead corner' in mucking machine maintenance?
1、 Weak homework: After inspection, it was found that the peeling of the inner layer of the intake pipe caused the high water temperature and power decrease of one diesel engine. The results confirmed that the strength of the sandwich rubber pipe was better than that of the pure rubber pipe due to the falling of the curtain fabric on the inner wall of the radiator rubber pipe, which blocked the circulating water channel. The manufacturer of the tunnel mucking loader tells you that the thin adhesive layer on the inner wall of the hose is prone to fall off due to long-term exposure to circulating hot water or airflow during the operation of winding multiple layers of cord fabric inside the hose. It is like a movable valve that reduces the cross-sectional area of the pipeline and prevents the movement of circulating water or air, thus constituting the above problems.
2、 Some of the problems with the tunnel mucking loader are caused by the gradual failure of parts over time. The softening of the tension spring and the formation of scale are attributed to this condition. The softening of the tension spring will have a serious impact on the normal operation of the locomotive. Many operators believe that the cooling system scale has little impact on the starting machine operation, and the cleaning and maintenance work is relatively time-consuming. Therefore, they do not pay attention to it. However, due to the poor thermal conductivity of the cooling system scale generated, the manufacturing accuracy of the parts is too high, and the inspection before the device is ignored. For example, if the side clearance and back clearance of the piston ring are too small, the piston ring will simply get stuck or broken. Therefore, it is necessary for the operator to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of various parts of the tunnel mucking loader in daily maintenance operations, without leaving any blind spots, and not overlook any suspicious areas when troubleshooting.
