The mucking machine mainly adopts electric hydraulic mode, and hydraulic oil is a commonly used medium for the tunnel mucking machine. The slag scraper uses No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil tank capacity of the 50 mucking loader is about 50 liters.
When the tunnel mucking machine leaves the factory, the hydraulic oil is always full. When the user uses it for about two months, replace the hydraulic oil, drain all the original hydraulic oil, and then install a new one. It cannot be added without replacement. Replace it every four months or so in the future. Many users only add without replacing, which can easily cause dirty things in the hydraulic oil to not be cleaned out, accumulate more and more, and damage the hydraulic components. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil regularly.
When replacing, it is necessary to keep the hydraulic oil clean and not mix it with water, diesel, etc., just like gasoline in a car cannot be mixed with water. Once mixed, it will cause the car to lose momentum and damage the engine cylinder.
