The upper and lower cylinders drive the connecting rods and springs to achieve the process of the slag removal rod moving up and down. The worm gear jack is driven by an electric motor, and the force arm distance between the upper and lower lifting arms is adjusted by the worm gear transmission pair to achieve different initial height positions of the scraper.

The guide rail base of the mucking rock loader is composed of a set of mini mucking loader car guide rails, a set of moving pulley car guide rails, and a base welded with steel. This base not only needs to install two sets of guide rails, but also the pulley group in the traction device, the walking large cylinder, and the compressed air tank. The base occupies a relatively large area, about 3.5 x 10 mZ, and has good stability.

The pipeline suspension device is composed of two rotating suspension rods fixed on the ground and two rotating suspension rods fixed on the mucking rock loader, which hang the cable pipeline and compressed air pipeline to ensure that the tunnel mucking machine is not affected during forward and backward movement.
