The power unit of mucking loader usually adopts internal combustion engine or electric motor to provide power for the whole machine. The transmission system is responsible for transferring the power generated by the power unit to the working device and traveling device. It usually includes gearbox, drive shaft, drive axle and other components, and realizes power transmission and distribution through gears, chains or belts and other transmission methods.
The working device is the core part of the tunnel mucking loader, mainly composed of raking arm, bucket, conveyor belt and so on. The bazhaji arm realizes the digging and loading action through the expansion and rotation of the hydraulic cylinder; the bucket is used for loading materials; the conveyor belt is responsible for conveying the loaded materials to the designated position. These components realize efficient and accurate operation through precise mechanical design and hydraulic control.
