First, the power unit
Slag raking machine's power unit usually adopts internal combustion engine or electric motor, to provide power for the whole machine. Internal combustion engine generally use diesel or gasoline as fuel, has a large power, adaptability and so on; while the electric motor has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving and so on, especially suitable for the place of adequate power supply.
Second, the transmission system
The transmission system is responsible for transferring the power generated by the power unit to the working device and traveling device. It usually includes gearbox, drive shaft, drive axle and other components, through gears, chains or belts and other transmission methods to realize the transmission and distribution of power.
Third, the working device
The working device is the core part of the slag raking machine, mainly composed of raking arm, bucket, conveyor belt and so on. Bucket arm through the hydraulic cylinder expansion and rotation to realize the digging and loading action; bucket is used for loading materials; conveyor belt is responsible for the loading of materials transported to the designated location. These components realize efficient and accurate operation through precise mechanical design and hydraulic control.
Four, traveling device
Walking device so that the slag raking machine can move freely in the work site. It usually includes tracks, traveling motors, driving wheels, guide wheels and other components. The tracks provide good grip and passability, so that the slag raking machine can be stable in the complex terrain and environment.
Fifth, the hydraulic system
Hydraulic system is the power transmission and control system of slag raking machine, responsible for driving the working device and walking device of hydraulic cylinder, motor and other components. It usually consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, tanks and other components, through the pressure and flow of hydraulic oil to realize the control and regulation of various components.
Sixth, the electrical system
Electrical system is responsible for slag raking machine lighting, start, control and other auxiliary functions. It usually includes generators, batteries, controllers, instrument panels and other components to provide power and signal transmission for the whole machine.
Seven, other auxiliary devices
In addition to the above main parts, the slag raking machine may also be equipped with some auxiliary devices, such as cabs, seats, air conditioning, fire extinguishers, etc., in order to improve the comfort and safety of the operator.
