On April 15, a Vietnamese business delegation visited China Coal Group for business exchanges. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Group Informatization and General Manager of China Transportation Group, Zhang Hang, Deputy General Manager, and Zhang Wen, General Manager of the Cross-border E-commerce Company, received the delegation throughout the visit. The two sides held an in-depth discussion on railway equipment and reached extensive consensus on cooperation.
The delegation successively visited the intelligent manufacturing achievement exhibition hall and the digital workshop of engineering machinery, gaining a systematic understanding of the Group’s technological layout and innovative achievements in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation. At the production frontline, the Vietnamese guests observed the precision manufacturing processes and efficient production modes of intelligent equipment up close, and spoke highly of the Group’s remarkable results in empowering traditional manufacturing with digital technologies and fostering new productive forces.
During the forum, the two sides conducted pragmatic exchanges on core topics including the technological upgrading of railway equipment, customized product solutions and international market expansion, and had an in-depth exchange of views on cooperation models, mutual recognition of technical standards and the construction of after-sales service systems.
Witnessed by all participants, the two sides officially signed a procurement cooperation agreement. This cooperation marks an important breakthrough for China Coal Group in seizing the opportunities brought by the RCEP and further developing the ASEAN market, as well as a deep alignment between China’s high-end equipment manufacturing and Vietnam’s industrial upgrading needs. Taking this cooperation as an opportunity, the Group will continue to deepen technological innovation and international cooperation, improve its global service system, boost China-Vietnam economic and trade exchanges with high-quality products and efficient services, and make greater contributions to the high-quality "going global" of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.
