1. The tunnel mucking loader must be operated by a special person. Non-operators cannot operate the machine at will. Non-working time buckets should be grounded, and it is strictly forbidden to park.

4. Before operation, check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced. The voltage of each phase should be normal (380V). It is strictly forbidden to run the motor in phase loss.

5. The tunnel mucking loader must be operated with no load and no load before operation. The oil temperature should not be lower than 20 °C before operation. If the oil temperature is higher than 80 °C, the cause should be checked.

6. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the safety valve pressure privately to avoid damage to hydraulic components or affect performance.

9. During the operation or debugging of the tunnel mucking loader, no one is allowed in the scope of the bucket and it is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating part. At the same time, someone must pull the cable and keep a certain distance from the machine to avoid pulling or crushing the cable. The driver should pay attention to avoid hitting the injured person when the machine is turning, and pay attention to the frame beam being hit. If there is a malfunction or abnormal noise, stop the car immediately and cut off the main power.

10. Special attention: When the transport frame is raised, when the person performs maintenance work under the transport frame, there must be reliable safety support under the transport frame to prevent the transport frame from falling and injuring people.

11. Safety requirements for power supply: The upper side of the power supply must be equipped with an earth leakage circuit breaker of not more than 60A to prevent leakage of electricity and cause injury to people.

12. It is forbidden to use the tunnel mucking loader on slopes larger than 12°. When working on slopes less than 12°, in order to prevent the machine from sliding down, the triangle should be used to plug the tires.
