Mucking rock loader preparation before starting
1. Train the driver. The driver must read this manual thoroughly before operating the unit, and be familiar with the structure, working principle and performance of the machine. Operation method and maintenance technology are allowed to operate on the machine after passing the examination.
2. Determine if the oil level in the fuel tank is maintained at the position of the liquid level liquid temperature gauge. The hydraulic oil must be kept clean. It is not allowed to be filled with unclean containers and must be added from the refueling air filter. Use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, use No. 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil in winter, in the case of difficult hydraulic oil source, use No. 40 mechanical oil in summer and No. 30 mechanical oil in winter.
3. Check each fastener in detail, whether the electrical components and hydraulic components are in good condition. If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated in time.
4. Turn on the power.
5. Place each operating handle in the neutral position.
